The Architectural Design and Review Committee (ADRC) has been established to protect the integrity of the Lakelands and compliance with the rules, regulations, by-laws and covenants of the Lakeland’s community.The review committee is very builder friendly and assures that new homes fit in with the community and existing homes going through improvements, modifications and remodeling continue to maintain the integrity and conform to the original home structure. The ADRC has improved building material requirements as they are updated in building codes and have made modifications to allow for state of the art materials, designs and architectureto harmonize with the existing community.
The committee requests all residents of the Lakelands contact the ADRC early on when making the decision to change, alter or addto their existing homes and lots. This avoids complications in the future and makes for a trouble free transition for all of us.
